You agree to receive informational messages (appointment reminders, account notifications, updates regarding your health services, etc.) from Kibun Health. These messages are intended to provide you with timely and important information related to your engagement with Kibun Health.

By providing your mobile phone number and opting into our messaging program, you provide your express written consent to receive recurring text messages from us. You understand that this consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

2. Message Frequency

Message frequency will vary depending on your interactions with Kibun Health, such as your appointment schedule, account activity, or specific requests for information. We strive to send messages only when necessary to provide relevant updates and reminders.

Message and data rates may apply to each text message sent and received, as determined by your mobile carrier. Please consult your mobile service carrier’s pricing plan for details. Kibun Health is not responsible for any charges incurred from your mobile carrier.

You can opt out of receiving text messages from us at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. Upon sending “STOP,” you will receive one final text message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive text messages from that specific messaging program.

If you wish to re-enroll in our messaging program, you may do so by contacting us through our website or general email address.

7. No Protected Health Information (PHI)

Kibun Health does not collect, transmit, or disclose Protected Health Information (PHI), as defined by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), through its SMS messaging services. Our messaging programs are designed to send informational messages only and will not include sensitive medical details.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute or claim relating in any way to your use of Kibun Health’s messaging program will be resolved by binding arbitration, rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify.

9. Changes to These Messaging Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to revise and update these Messaging Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting of the revised terms, and the new effective date will be listed at the top of this page.
